All materials and resources are customized to provide audiences with a tailored experience to implement next day solutions within their organizations or in the classroom.  Steven’s experience, information, and resources stems from a “train the trainer” model so that participants have the resources needed to lead their classrooms, businesses, corporations, organizations and personal careers. Â

Based on research and understanding of the organization's mission, Steven’s keynotes are tailored and customized to meet the specific needs and goals of each organization. Steven has experience with providing keynotes to corporations, municipalities, leadership groups, management, school districts, and youth. Steven uses his real life experiences as an Engineer, Entrepreneur, STEM and education advocate to provide keynotes that educates, inspires, and motivates individuals to secure their dreams and reach their full potential. Steven is experienced in working with small businesses, entrepreneurs, non-profits, community organizations and school systems to build a growth and sustainability strategy for early and future success. Steven uses a design thinking approach to assist these organizations in developing strategic goals and benchmarks that aid in timely executions of their goals.

Professional development training is offered based on an innovative real-world perspective with an emphasis on organizational equity. As a non-profit founder/CEO and STEM advocate, Steven’s leadership has helped to shape roles in Corporate America and government, allowing him to leverage his knowledge and experience in community advocacy to meet the goals of institutions and communities.

(STEM Enrichment, Training Educators, Keynotes) Steven provides keynotes, workshops and training to educators and youth advocates offering insight on the importance of STEM, positive youth development, and the value in possessing a Growth Mindset in the classroom. Steven also provides inspirational and motivational keynotes to students encouraging them to set goals and live out their dreams while providing the steps to do so.
